Two rooms in one night, one worse than the other
first room I couldn't shut off the lights in the living room. they put me in another room (I arrived late night): -the street light was so bright it felt like it was daytime all night. - the room was freezing and the AC/fan kept going after I shut it off all night, loud too - I woke up to use the washroom and found the toilet bowl had dried blood in it. - the tub was so filthy i couldn't shower I complained about the state of the bathroom early morning after seeing all of this to the manager on duty. She huffed and said "I'll go take a look" I explained I was checked out and there's nothing she could do for me but maybe fix it before the next guest arrives. She disappeared, I sat in the lobby for about an hour and she never returned. She never apologized for my terrible stay. Nothing. When I asked why do I get such a terrible room at a four star, she corrected me and said "this is a three star". Seriously? If I wanted a filthy bathroom I would have stayed at a hostel. Don't waste your money.

Friendliness of front staff under difficult circumstances ... too many guests seeking attention from too few employees Saturday night = one staff plus assistant Sunday AM = one staff only Surely Hyatt can afford to up its staff .... lots of waiting by registered guests needing assistance as well as those checking in/out That said, the employees did the best the could!
No kleenex No trash can in bathroom Older mattress No room to eat breakfast .. Short staffed Still ... a nice location and good value ... with attention to details, property could be outstanding
The WORST check in I have ever experienced, didn´t
After having a prepaid hotel the lady at the reception didn't find the reservation and told us that we have to pay the night to get in, fortunately after 30 minutes she found it. They didn't clean the room during the complete day, when We arrived at night what a surprise... nobody had clean the room, it doen't look like a Hyatt.
I arrived at the hotel early (about 10 am or so) so I wanted to see if I was lucky enough to get a room that is ready. It was busy (billing dispute) but not surprised, it wasn't ready. Scott took down my number and that they will give me a call as soon as the room is ready and that he will get housekeeping to start preparing my room immediately. They offered to hold my bags while I was waiting for the room and I accepted the offer. I decided to have breakfast after this and they called me right right after I finish, ironically.
