Well worth the stay
Room was comfy and the town was lovely
a lovely relaxing holiday
no shower gel or soap in the room
Breakfast choice and service was very good. Location was excellent since we were within walking distance of the town. The room was quiet.
Furnishings and fittings are dated and the interior needs upgrading. We did not have a shower available in our en suite, although a rubber hose was available to attach to the bath taps. Unfortunately, there was no hot water available in the morning for bathing, or indeed washing in the washhand basin! Drinks in bar were overly priced and did not provide an inducement to return to the lounge. In addition, there was a coach party dining on the evening we stayed and as access to the public facilities was through the lounge, we felt as though we were sitting in a thoroughfare! Accommodation overpriced because of the en suite facilities.
Easy access to town centre
Cleanliness of room very dissapointing as was the overall standard of the room. Way way overpriced.
A friendly welcome at reception, excellent food and a tidy and nicely furnished room.
We enjoyed coming to a friendly and very welcloming hotel which provided everything that we needed for our short visit to Pitlochry.
The sink being in the actual bedroom and not in bathroom
a good selection of single malts and good staff
Quiet, Friendly, Helpful
It was situated well within Pitlochry, just a short walk from some nice restaurants and pubs.
The en-suite was old fashioned and could do with refurbishment.
The service of the staff was excellent throughout and the breakfast's were something to behold. The location is excellent and the room was basic, but clean and comfortable.
