The bed was comfy staff friendly
The size of room to small ideal for one person no chair to sit on food not the best expensive for the quality no hot water at night
Possibly the best customer service on our 2 week Scottish trip from the do-it-all gent.
We had an older building across the street from the main hotel. The accommodations were fine, just a bit older (refurbished).
Location. Staff were very friendly.
Dated “family” room. Top floor- no lift! Lots of kids necessities to take upstairs/downstairs on number trips: Lack of space in a “family” room. Tiny toilet/shower room. Only a hand sink in shower room.
Breakfast was quite nice. Hairdryer in room. Clean.
Instead of staying in the actual hotel we were shown across the road into an annex room. Up two flights of poor stairway and above a cafe the room was well below par. Very small room. Stench of paint. Worn and shabby. Ridiculous for the price paid.
Excellent location, food was delicious, staff very attentive. The entertainment in hotel was also fantastic!
Room was a lot smaller than expected and car parking is very limited at the hotel.
