Pros: We've traveled and stayed at some really fine resorts, but, my wife felt this is the best because of the atmosphere (Christmas) and , the personnel. Very relaxing. Nice touches with coffee, cookies, and , Christmas trees.

Cons: I had a valuable personal item that went missing. I didn’t feel management took appropriate action to find it. I filed a police report for my missing item. I was very disappointed that management didn’t even bother to ask the employees that entered my room. They only stated “nothing was turned in.” Sad.

Pros: We just visited for a 3 nights stay and I just had to do a review. This place is awesome. Very comfortable stay. Super comfy beds. The breakfast was phenomenal and the afternoon tea and water station was perfect when returning from our morning travels. The kids loved the evening popcorn and 24 hour hot chocolate stand (tea and coffee also). The fire pit at night was so relaxing and fun. So much to do in walking distance to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: This hotel was a great bargain. It has 2 hot tubs, a large indoor pool, an outdoor lazy river and a waterside. The continental breakfast was fantastic and they have complimentary cookies and popcorn each night. They also have complimentary water (flavored and regular) available 24/7. There is also a spa located at the hotel with a ton of services. Each staff member was so pleasant and welcoming. Location is great. We have found our new favorite hotel in OF!

Pros: This is our second stay at Clarion Inn Dollywood. The first visit was pleasant and this trip was the same. Our room was clean, the desk staff was very good and the breakfast buffet was amazing.
Cons: The door closure in our room is not calibrated correctly. Instead of closing slowly it slams as soon as you let go of it. There is no delay. This needs to be repaired before it injures an adult or small child.

Pros: We had a balcony room with 2 queen beds. The room was spacious, very clean. The beds were comfortable as well. My significant other is 6'1" and he really appreciated the tall showers. The breakfast was really good, especially for a continental breakfast. Everything was fresh and tasty.

Cons: > no usable water pressure on fifth floor - shower was awful > water heat inconsistent > hotel had realtor classes tuesday & wednesday, the realtors completely overran the breakfast area and there was no room and very little food left for paying guests > internet was down 2 of our 6 days; when it was up, it was only about 300K - way to slow for useful work > The kitchen either had a fire or burned some bacon (depending on which staff member you asked) which made the entire hotel stink > the elevator is slooooooow and is used by the staff and does not default to the first floor, so plan time for waiting > the staff seemed sympathetic, but took no action on any complaint

Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Breakfast was full and great every morning. The pool and hot tub was warm/hot and we loved that the pool was heated and indoor so you can swim year round regardless of rain or snow!! Rooms were cleaned daily and the river behind the property with the covered gazebo and grill/picnic tables was great along with the duck feeding area! Plenty of parking and not to mention this is right off veterans blvd which is within walking distance to The Christmas Place and many other great places on the strip in pigeon forge! Best location, loved our stay and we will be back!!

Pros: I have stayed in a lot of hotels and am fairly picky. I read the reviews and look at the pictures online. Econolodge exceeded my expectations in every way. Better than some Clarions I have stayed in, for half the price. Beautiful facility, very well maintained. Pretty lobby, excellent breakfast area and I loved the food. Small room but very comfortable, nice decor and everything very clean. A fridge and microwave and coffee maker. Nice flat screen TV and many channels. Pleasant courtyard outside our room. A pretty river next to the rear parking lot. Very friendly staff. Location is right in the middle of Pigeon Forge strip, next door to Christmas Place. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

Cons: I was booked into the wrong room and was rudely awakened while trying to take a nap to switch rooms. This is after another couple walked into our room. Then the new room we got had dirty sheets and when we asked them to change them we were treated like it was going to be a problem for them. To top it off I had to take a cold shower. It was not a good expierence.

I picked up another towel and unfolded it and it had pubic hair in it!! So there I stood with no towel and my husband and 3 kids waiting to take a shower..we couldn't get anymore towels because they only allow 4 towels,4 wash cloths and 4 hand towels..the bad part is I really have this thing about hair and it being someone else's made it 100 times worse!! Good thing we were going straight home that morning because no one other than me got to shower!

Pros: On the plus side, the price was the lowest in Pigeon Forge. It was clean, and the temperature was fine. Had hot water the first of our three day stay.
Cons: Place is in severe need of an upgrade, as everything is falling apart. The card key didn't work and I needed assistance. The main light did not work, and although I was told it would be fixed the next day, it hadn't been when I left two days later. The tub faucet was so loose that it almost came off in my hand. Shower was tepid at best on days 2 and 3.

Pros: Excellent location along Pigeon Forge Parkway. We were housed in the building located away from the Parkway and with access to a small porch with table and two chairs facing the small yard and the river running behind the property. (Rooms on second floor had balconies facing the river.) No road noise. No noise from nearly rooms (Motel seemed to have few occupants the days we were there.) Only "disruptive" noise came from loudly quacking ducks that patrol the parking lot and the yard behind the building. They quack at night as well as during the day. There are a variety of restaurants within a 20-minute walk from the hotel (also easily accessed by car) as well as an abundance of souvenir shops and such attractions as mini-golf and go-karting venues. Room was spacious: two queen beds, a desk, a movable table. Room had plenty of light (Many hotels where we stay seem to have too few lights.) with an overhead light in the open area near the door, a floor lamp near the easy chair, a desk lamp, bed lamps, and sink and bathroom lights. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer were all provided. Beds were quite comfortable Bathroom fan worked well but was quite noisy.
Cons: Housekeeping service was spotty. We could not be sure to have beds made, waste cans emptied, and towels/soap refreshed as a matter of course each day. Management was apologetic about the housekeeping and sought to make right each thing about which we commented. Except for the spotty housekeeping, we had no complaints about the place and would be likely to stay here again when we return to Pigeon Forge.

Pros: My daughter had a field trip in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area, and this was one of the lowest priced hotels that had decent reviews. We checked in on Friday evening and our cards didn't work. The desk clerk was very helpful, came up and let us in the room and remade the cards for us. The room was clean and warm, it had good water pressure in the shower.
Cons: It was 40 bucks - I wasn't expecting luxury, just a place to sleep and shower. The freezer part of the min-fridge was very dirty and the only reason I'm even noting it is because we had to store some medicine in the fridge and I had to refreeze ice packs. In addition, the remote didn't work to change the volume on the TV - we only watched TV for about 20 minutes before going to sleep, so it wasn't a huge deal. Otherwise, I don't have any complaints about it, and the only really negative thing of note was that when we came back from dinner on Friday night, there were police officers there for another room and it scared my 10-year-old daughter, although that's not anything that the River Place Inn could have helped.

Pros: The location on the strip was convenient
Cons: We had the AC running since we walked in the door (3pm) until we got back that night (10pm) and it was still very hot in the room. We didn't sleep very much because of how hot it was. The staff are very nice but the language barrier is a bit rough. The tv remote did not have batteries and they wouldn't bring us any. Cell service is unheard of also.

Cons: hairdryer didn't work. desk chair had huge coffee stain. Motel has limited parking if they had been close to full we would not have had a parking space. I don't know where we would have had to park.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, contrary to a previous review, from someone before. The room also had a coffee maker in the room, contrary to another negative review.The motel may have updated the beds & added coffee makers since those reviews. The motel staff was able to relocate me to the 1st floor, since I'm disabled & use a motorized wheel chair. I need the use of an elevator or placed on the 1st floor.
Cons: No elevators. I'm disabled & cannot climb stairs. I also use a motorized wheel chair. Without elevators, I need to stay on the 1st. floor. This negative review is for booking.com. The booking site needs to add specialty needs required for customers, such as needing a handy-cap room. This will prevent me from having to check with the hotel at time of booking or arriving.

Cons: Our rooms was not ready by check-in time at 3pm. We was told to return at 4pm. At 6:30 we checked in and one of our rooms wasn't touched. With several attempts wet finally got the room serviced at 7:30pm. The fridge didn't work in 1 room or the microwave in another. I emailed the gm and didn't receive a response.

Cons: They first said I didn't have a reservation even though I was showing him my print off. After he finally decided to give us a room, the room smelled like mold and the bathroom faucet know was on the side of the tub. Went to desk and got another room. This one wasn't much better. Room was extremely stinky. Bathroom didn't look clean. Towels and sheets were dingy and stained. Then my husband pulled back covers and there was a bug in the bed. And elevator has over an inch of standing water in it. Needless to say we left and stayed somewhere else.

Cons: This was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed at. Bed sheets were stained, mattress was stained. Gross. Room was very musty. No hot water Sat night and was told that there was nothing they could do. They didn't care and the owner was oversees. The maids were fighting and one quit on Sat. Impossible to get towels, not sure why they even came in the room. Carpet is so stained an nasty. I didn't even get to let my 1 year old play with toys on the floor. Had to keep her on the bed. You know how hard that is. I know it is winter months but the pool was green and I could tell it hadn't been maintained in a long while. In our room there was a block of wood attached to the door for the lock. If I were you I sure would NOT list this business on my site.

Cons: There was a metal stripping hanging half off the door so we could see daylight under the door. The pool was in need of repair it wasn't well taken care off. The hot tub was broken with nasty stagnant water sitting in it. There was no ice bucket, they gave cups with no plastic over them. It reminded me more of an apartment building instead of an hotel. There were more people who lived in the hotel than there were was guest. The ones who lived there had their clothes hanging all over the balcony their bikes chained to the railing. It was a mess. Worst hotel we've ever stayed in. We won't ever be back that's for sure.

Cons: Check in is at 3pm, we arrived at 8pm and had to wait till 11:30pm to get room because they weren't clean yet, door key wouldn't work 2nd night so my family was waiting outside in the cold whil they fiddled around making a new key, Toilet wouldn't flush, surroundings very noisy including the tenants and maids, breakfast was completely horrific.

Cons: I booked a 2 queen bed room and they put me in a single bed my son is 17 and had to sleep on the floor. I Tried to show the lady my receipt but she said I booked a single. Which was a lie. Never again would I stay there and would never suggest anyone stay there.
