Cons: Only negative was it was right on the strip in Pigeon Forge. But once you step inside, you are swept away to a magical place. And I know some people would see the location as a positive, as it is right in the middle of all the Pigeon Forge action.

Pros: We just visited for a 3 nights stay and I just had to do a review. This place is awesome. Very comfortable stay. Super comfy beds. The breakfast was phenomenal and the afternoon tea and water station was perfect when returning from our morning travels. The kids loved the evening popcorn and 24 hour hot chocolate stand (tea and coffee also). The fire pit at night was so relaxing and fun. So much to do in walking distance to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cons: I had a valuable personal item that went missing. I didn’t feel management took appropriate action to find it. I filed a police report for my missing item. I was very disappointed that management didn’t even bother to ask the employees that entered my room. They only stated “nothing was turned in.” Sad.

Cons: Out of 3 days they only played island music 1 day. The other two were pop music. It ruined the Margaritaville experience. The front desk people were just ok, not many smiles. The one in Gatlinburg is much better. I rate this hotel a 3 out of 10.

Cons: The Microtel sits in back of Krystal. Honestly, I could hear every drive thru order given ALL night long. The windows and walls are that thin, and the Krystal speakers are that loud. However, everyone else in our room fell asleep immediately and never noticed the noise! This place allows pets, and it was very rainy the days we stayed. The lobby smelled like dog. But no such smell in our room so, again no real big deal.

The #12 rooms would be best for being on back of Inn away from street and over creek/river.

Cons: The pool area is not attached so going outside to get to and from was cold. Everything was wet and water dripping from the ceiling (probably because it was cold outside).... so if you are someone going fully dressed expecting to stay dry.... there was no chairs that was dry. Apparently there was a party going on above us that kept us awake til about 1am. As we was leaving I noticed when we flushed the commode water poured from the base..... I told the desk person and he said there was a huge backup....so once that was fixed I'm sure it wouldn't pour water. Just glad it didnt happen until we was ready to check out.

Cons: I was very disappointed. The tub backed up into the shower while we showered and I had to request clean sheets when I arrived due to hairs being all over one of the beds. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with hotels.
