Old property, very outdated rooms, A/C barely cools, worn carpet, hallways stink of smoke, terrible breakfast. I’m not usually picky about hotels but this is the worst stay I’ve ever had. Booked because it was highly rated but I can’t see how anyone thinks this is a great hotel.

Pros (+) The hotel was okay, the rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast area was clean and stocked with what they offered. Really enjoyed being on the river and being able to sit on the porch and watch the ducks. Close to a lot a things to do. Trolley stop in front of hotel.
Cons (-) I made my reservation six weeks in advance, I reserved two rooms in my name because there was four in our family traveling together in the same car. When we got to the hotel I was told that we were on different floors and we would have to accept that. Instead of making a fuss, we unwillingly complied.
