Front desk staff were on their phones. Checked us in and when we got to our room, housekeeping was working in it. Got a new room on higher floor. I just hit gold status for Bonvoy and I was underwhelmed though my status was noted at check in. Location was great to catch a flight at the airport. Room was clean.

Pros (+) There hotel was very convenient, very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was decent, and overall our experience was very positive.

Pros (+) Room is nicely appointed, ours needed a little maintenance TLC on the shower door. Water pressure also a little low.
Cons (-) Convenience store appears to be congregation site for homeless etc. and I would not go there at night.

Pros (+) staff is super, price is great. I love that they encourage people to go green and not have their sheets washed daily - they give $ back for every day you don't get clean towels and bedding. I highly recommend Aloft
