Pros:The rental car was in good condition and the airport shuttle was fast.Cons:There is no way to drop off a car after hours and they do not explain or advertise this. No key dropbox or anything. The parking lot is locked and inaccessible between 10:30pm and 6am. Also, the phone numbers inside the rental agreement with Payless written clearly on the front direct you to the Budget renal company, who can't help you at all.Reviewed Dec 18 2019

Pros:I was not able to get this car.Cons:I am unable to give a proper review because the rental company closed at 12:00 midnight and my delayed flight got in at 1:30 AM, because it was a hot deal, I couldn't get any refund, I wish there were a policy to help mitigate these situations.Reviewed Sep 30 2019

Pros:Drop off sucked. It would be much better if we were dropped off at terminals instead of the rental center. We the. Had to lug everything on the tram and then to the terminal. This will keep me from using Payless again unfortunately.Cons:Drop off at terminals.Reviewed Aug 12 2019

Cons:The rental spot is NOT at the airport (unlike what was advertised) but they still charge airport fees (around $20). I was hung up on twice trying to get “courtesy” shuttle. Long lines—should have cancelled and rented from one of the actual airport rentals spots. Will not be renting from them again.Reviewed May 11 2019

Pros:There was a rental car when I arrivedCons:The staff was all rude and lazy. Seemed bothered that we were there. The pickup and dropoff process was much more difficult than any other rental company we have used.
