I never rented the car. Went in at my 4pm reservation time and there were 5 individuals/families in front of me. Waited 30 minutes; no one had been given a car. I asked the sole attendant what the issue was and he said there were system issues. He suggested I come back in 30 minutes. I came back an hour later. 3 of the 5 individuals were still waiting. I gave it another 30 minutes and at 6pm I told him to cancel our reservation and I walked over to National. I had a car in 15 minutes.Reviewed Dec 11 2025

The rude worker at the counter made us uncomfortable. He told us multiple things that were untrue in an effort to get us to pay for a more expensive vehicle and to purchase additional options and insurance.Reviewed Dec 1 2025

The price they offered was great. I booked the morning I needed to rent the vehicle and my request went through. When I went to pick it up, I was curtly told that I needed to give them 24 hours notice to rent a car. I understand why that might be a policy, but if so, put it on your website. Kayak sent confirmation email with address to pick up at airport. At airport car was not there, Payless said Expedia manages rental call them. Expedia provides customer support for this kayak booking. Neither kayak nor Expedia would provide any customer support, could not get human on phone. Had to Uber 8 miles to different rental location. Kayak misrepresented booking and uses fraudulent business practices.Reviewed Oct 17 2025
