Pros: My visit coincided with a cold snap which sent night temperatures plummeting to minus 12 - we Londoners are not used to that!. However the room was warm and snug and I slept well. The owner was friendly and informative and gave good recommendations of where to eat.

Cons: This was our second stay with them. Both times we got charged a few dollars more than the price Loretta quoted us over the phone. But they were so nice and friendly and room was so comfortable that it was still well worth it. Don't forget to leave a tip for the room cleaner for a job well done!

Pros: This was a perfectly nice place to stay in Panguitch. It's pretty small, but there is enough parking for guests and easy access to rooms. It's close to Main Street, which is nice. And the beds were comfortable and it was clean.
Cons: I would expect a motel like this to have a mini fridge in the rooms, but it does not. I think that would be a nice addition. Also there is no breakfast, which we obviously knew when booking, but it does create issues on Sundays when almost all restaurants in town are closed. Fortunately we were checking out on Sunday and just went on to our next destination and got breakfast there.

Cons: They overcharged us by $10.00 and won't refund our money.... and, most important.. they have bed bugs.. I have about 40 bites all over my body. I went to a doctor today, cost $140.00 for the doctors visit and I now have to take three prescriptions.. not to mention the burning and itching... Talked to the staff... they don't care... But, he did say there was a man from Germany who brought bedbugs with him... apparently, they didn't have it professionally cleaned...

Cons: I thought this was the cutest motel. My room small but comfortable. By 10 p.m found out that the toilet couldn't be used more than twice. Had to use the available plunger because someone knew there was a problem. But even with the plunger could not be used again. I had large beetles and flying bugs in the room and no switch plate on the plug.

Cons: Went into the office as I had a reservation and there was no one around but a door was open, so I started loudly saying HELLO... no one came; it took about 10 minutes and me shouting several times for someone to come help me! The room felt dirty.

Cons: First room assigned: door left opened, and somebody slept on the beds. Second room assigned: hairs on pillows, dirty toilet. I remained just because it was late in the night and it was all sold out in panguitch, hatch and bryce.

Cons: there was no microwave or fridge in room and the room kept being left unlocked by the staff someone could have easily walked in and taken our stuff while we were not there.

Pros: The location was on the main street of Panguitch
Cons: The property looks like it has not been updated in many years the sheets were worn thin the towels had holes in them the rug and the covering of the bed were old and stained. The bathroom Tiles were moldy especially along the top ledge

Pros: Great location, lovely furniture, comfortable king size bed made for less space but doable. Good value for the price. Owner was super helpful and friendly. Would stay again.
Cons: No fridge or microwave or hair dryer in our room.
