This is a very old dated hotel in need of some serious renovations. You need to squeeze your legs under the bathroom basin to use the toilet. The toilet seat needs to be replaced! Carpet is filthy. Lamps and lights are broken and things are falling apart. Dusty & dirty fittings. Air con useless and noisy. There is a strict rule no cooking in the room which is not advertised when you book the room which has no refund. A microwave is supplied - Why??? Only to warm water perhaps?? Nobody in attendance when we arrived which was before the time stated for book in. We came through on a Sunday, town shuts down. Nothing available....
Room #2 was renovated
Room #1 needs to upgrade
New carpet and modern flat screen TV with Direct TV hook up. Looked at the regular double queen unit and was very updated. Hopefully the will full update family unit in future.
Room was half new half outdated. The A/C was a very old window unit that made lots of noise and didn't work right. Bathroom room was very 70'-80's needs updated. Small old toilet. The beds mattresses where very basic and not the best . Overall they really need to update the family unit rooms for price charged.
the print of the bedspread.
Had to call a number posted on door when we got there to have someone come to check us in. The room we were put into was back in a closed in area with weeds and no grass. It was supposedly the most recently updated, and it left a LOT to be desired. Door frame rotted at bottom, paint peeling inside. Screws in the table tops to prevent lamp, etc from moving. Was told this unit had a working A/C... it blows cold but doesn't seem to adjust temp. either cold or off. We picked it because it looked like a quaint place, but the actual place did not live up to the pictures. I only booked in advance because I was afraid of availability in the area being summer tourist season, but there seemed to be several places with vacancy signs that would probably have been a better choice.
Carpet disgusting with stains. Very old premises lacking any maintenance. Fridge did not work. Bathroom door did not close
