Cons (-) Bathtub was dirty. My rooms weren't ready when I arrived an hour after check in time. No reason why my rooms shouldn't have been ready at 5:30 when check out time is 11. My plans were ruined waiting on my rooms.

Pros (+) Beach in front of hotel, staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) Too noisey, showed kids movie poolside starting at 9pm, didn't care for that, some young folks hollering and yelling from balconies at 12 midnight. Breakfast buffet was not very good, not a good buy for the dollar. We spend nearly 60 days a year at hotels, this hotel was maybe a 3 star...only the beach and staff male it a little better.

Pros (+) Mostly clean. Restaurants on site pool bar
Cons (-) The staff obviously does not like it when you book 3rd party. also watch you stuff. Left personal Items at the pool. When I came back the were gone. When I went to lost and found the response was "yeah. That will happen ".

Pros (+) Everything was wonderful. The hotel was magnificent, staff was attentive, lots of activities on site, the best experience our family has ever had.
Cons (-) Loved it all!!! Not one complaint!!!
