We need more utensils and cookware in the room.

Great views great beach access. Room did not have any plates, utensils, cups, mugs, or any kind of kitchen cleaning supplies to go with the kitchen.

Pros (+) Very clean room. Some could complain about the size but it was fine for me. Friendly staff as well.
Cons (-) A lot of street noise but the hotel is located on the main strip, so you should know what you're getting into.

Pros (+) Can't beat the location. It is a matter of time before someone with money buys this location and remodels this place with a bulldozer.
Cons (-) Think chainsaw motel scene in the movie Scarface. I read the reviews (Hint #1) and had concerns but also read the managers responses that said the place was in the middle of renovation and under new management so I figured I'd give it a try.
