Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and local markets. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness and willingness to help, often going out of their way to accommodate guests' needs. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking in variety or quality. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, though not as frequently mentioned. Some guests noted issues with outdated facilities, noise, and occasional maintenance problems, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.

Pros (+) Friendly and very helpful staff. My room was always clean and the general area of the entire hotel made you feel at home :)
Cons (-) Sicily get's a little hot in the summer but the near by beaches can cool you off with nice summer breeze.
