Cons: A bit difficult to find the lobby hotel if you come from MRT station because once you enter the glass door, all you’ll find are just the fancy restaurants and shops just like a mall and there’s no direction where’s the lobby hotel.

Pros: This hotel is in an exellent location and has great access to the hotel from the airport via express train. We landed at the airport purchased train ticket wihtin 1 minute and managed to get a train within 10 minutes. We arrived at the trian stattion in 40 minutes, which was directly below the hotel. Easy access to the hotel from the train station. Good rooms at good prices as we stayed here for 8 nights. Given the hotels location above the trian station its very easy to travel to other sububrs like Kyoto. I would hihgly recommned this hotel. Hotel also has a very good gym.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like about this hotel was the dinner at the restaurant on level 36. The dinner was extremely disappointing and I would definiltey never have dinner their again. The food was average. The other restaurants in the building are much better.

Cons: My family and I were extremely disappointed of the services provided by the breakfast restaurant. It was poor and much below standard compared to other 5 star hotels. Staff were unfriendly and not helpful, in fact rude to a certain degree. I would not recommend having breakfast or dine at the restaurant.
Otherwise services from guest services, front desk and butler services were outstanding.

Cons: It would be great if they had a bit of variety in their breakfast buffet. It would also be nicer if you can watch TV with an option to have English subtitles at the very least. They can also improve the wifi because the signal was very erratic. Other than those, everything was great and we had a wonderful stay.

Cons: The entire hotel smelled like bleach and smoke. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Walls were stained, rooms smelled over bearing like bleach and cleaning products I had to leave early. The carpet smelled I felt dirty after leaving. None of the previous reviews held up to the facility. Like staying in a run down hospital. Will never book a hotel through kayak again. And I travel for work and pleasure very regularly. Might be the worst experiment at a "4 star hotel" I've experienced in my life

Cons: When I booked the room, I clearly stated the number of people who are going to use the room. The room that is supposed to accommodate 5 (3A,2c) is way too small. It’s just a king size bed plus a single sofa bed. If I had known, I would have booked 2 rooms instead.

Ramen shops, eateries are a plenty. A 7-11 is accessible via the hotel lobby. Taxi ride from hotel to Namba station was approximately ¥1000.

Pros: Hotel located right in the busy Dodonburi district. Ebisu, Shinsaibashin, Namba shopping alleys are in close proximity. The area is stays vibrant into the late night. Ramen shops, eateries are a plenty. A 7-11 is accessible via the hotel lobby. Taxi ride from hotel to Namba station was approximately ¥1000.
Cons: Namba station is a good 30 minutes walk from the hotel. In the cold winter can be challenging. Hotel buffet breakfast at a prepaid special rate ¥1500 was not worth the price. Both in quantity and quality were lacking.

Cons: Our air conditioner did not work. They called someone in but told us it the coldest it would get. We took them to our other family room and showed them how cold it was in that room. She said she'd talk to the manager and see if we could move. That was at 12:00 noon. We never heard from anyone that day or the next. So we left.

Pros: So to start off, we checked in and immediately noticed the room had some really odd odor. We went back to counter and told them about this. The staff immediately helped us with another room allocation and gave us a small upgrade on the room size. The room was great with very nice night view of the Osaka city. The hotel is located RIGHT BESIDE (1 minute walk) the JR Namba station. It is 15 minutes walk from Dotonbori. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

We rented 12 hrs. program, pick up in the morning and return in the evening and walk back to hotel.. Hotel is clean large room 23 sq.m. and friendly service.. We will be back in the future.

Cons: The room for three adults was a room for two adults with a cot bed which in-turn reduced the floor space for luggage. Very tired and musty bathroom. There appeared to be the smell of a sewage leak wafting along the hall-way which got stronger over the last couple of days, when we called the front desk they said they were unaware and would check it out but were busy at the time. No action was taken.

Pros: Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's located near to the entrance to the Nagahori and Midosuji line. Walking distance to the main shopping areas. Free wifi. There are also washing machines and dryers (but you have to get your own detergent (from the hotel's reception) and softener).
Cons: However, it could be quite noisy at night due to motorcycle/car racing.

Cons: Lost one of the key cards and was asked to pay 2000 yen. Had been losing key cards before or failed to return the same in other hotels but was not charged anything as a standard key card can easily be re-programmed. =(

Cons: The airconditoner was not functioning on our last night and was just told to OPEN THE WINDOW (?!!!). The hotel is near a major road so vehicles can be heard the whole night. Not to mention we cannot control the temperature as the room got too cold and when we closed the window, the room got too stuffy. Didn’t get a comfortable night’s rest when we should be refreshed for a morning flight home. There was no offer to move us to a room with a working AC which they should have done. It was our second time to stay here (first time was great!) and I am seriously reconsidering whether there would be a third.
