Very nice hotel in a very nice area of Osaka -- one really has the everything needed nearby! The Executive Lounge is definitely worth the expense.

Pros (+) The location is great, it's convenient to almost anywhere including kansai airport
Cons (-) The hotel is right above the train tracks, my room was in the 16 floor, the noise from train is constantly annoying almost all day except 12AM~5AM, when there are no trains.
