Pros (+) Good location for food and seeing the city. Not as convenient if you want to use Osaka as a base to see the surrounding cities. JR Osaka would be a better option. They also give you a mobile phone to ...
Cons (-) Rooms feel a bit old but it may be the style they are going for as they style the hotel in a European 18th century. Also rooms feel small but that may be the normal size for Japanese hotels.
