Room was originally meant to be an apartment, so very spacious. Pillow was nice and soft. Good access to station and combini. Separate toilet.
Bed had very hard mattress. Bath was quite small. Is very close to a hospital, so sirens of ambulances going past very regularly.
It’s super clean and spacious. The staffs were friendly and the lady in the kitchen were generous. The breakfast was simple but very Japanese, I liked it a lot.
Very good located. From breakfast to dinner a lot of possibilities to eat around the hotel. Two stations nearby, just a few stations to Dotonbori. Very big rooms for that price. All with balconies.
Everything was amazing. It was so clean and fancy. We're in luck because we were able to get 2 rooms in such an affordable price. Lucky for us to book at their sale hour.
Nothing. Everything was perfect. Some complains about how hard the pillow is, but it's bearable for me.
Staff friendly and helpful. Room a really good size and very clean and comfortable. Great shower, kitchenette. Good Japanese breakfast and not a bad coffee! Even though it is off the beaten track a bit it is still worth staying here as the JR Loop line and subway is only 8 minutes walk.
No complaints at all
