The description said airport shuttle. It did not have airport shuttle. Hotel is old, tired, didn’t feel clean.

Pros (+) I enjoyed the overall location and proximity to the parks and shops as well asthe staff who were very professional and courteous thank you for a wonderful stay and experience with your hotel

Cons (-) My car got broken into. They smash my window and stole a laptop. The hotel did no do anything about it. The replacement of the window cost me $312. Felt very unsafe

Pros (+) The location and facilities were great, also the free wifi and breakfast.
Cons (-) My room was in the first floor next to the pool, therefore it was noisy when people went to the pool

Pros (+) Location. Some staff was friendly.
Cons (-) They gave us a room without cleaning and they didn't change neither the room not the sheets and towels. Breakfast was terrible and very little options.
