Pros (+) Breakfast was great, rooms were clean, and most of the staff were great.
Cons (-) Management team was not professional and did not provide good customer service. General manager was 'too busy' to talk to us over a mistake she was involved in regarding an added night during Hurricane Matthew. The front desk manager offered more of the same by stating 'if you don't like it, you can leave now'.
