Pros:Nick was very helpful and friendly - explained optional services. I was in and out very quickly. No hassles. I was worried about dropping off the SUV on Sat after they were closed. But it was simple; I parked vehicle in back lot and dropped keys in dropbox slot at the front door.
Cons:Explaining the car features would have been nice. I own a 16 yr old car so I am not too familiar with the hot new gadgets.

Pros:It was about half the price picking up and renting at one location vs renting at the air port, got a free upgrade but the car was met to get needed some kind of work.
Cons:When I called about my picked up the car I told them my drop off might be later then 6pm nothing was said about the time they closed. There was no drop off box at the location either. called customer service and they guy was no help at all and hung up on me. He also did not answer my simple question about dropping the car off at a different location. So drove to the airport hopping for the best. Pick up was easy just missing details about dropping off.
Cons:I booked a 6pm pickup time for a particular location. There was no notice, there was notification, informing me that the location closed before my pickup time. I arrived in Jacksonville at 6pm and it was the only when I went to pickup the car rental that I was made aware that it they closed at 4pm. I called enterprise and they informed me that it was not their problem. I then called kayak and was informed that there was nothing they can do and that I had to rebook my car rental through their website. I ended up not having a car the day of my arrival and had to wait for the following day.

Pros:Nothing. Tried to exchange the car, and was told there was no other cars available.
Cons:reserved a full size car, was “upgraded to a mustang”. I have elderly parents, so I went out of my way to try and exchange the vehicle. Was told there were no vehicles available.

Pros:Extremely helpful at both pick-up and drop-off locations, their servers were down at pick-up but they handled it well and we were even able to find a car that better suited my needs! Was able to drop off at a location closer to me.
Cons:Probably could have used an extra pass with the vacuum, but we rented a large cargo van so not too upset about it.

Pros:The staff was very polite and professional. The van drove great. I got a great price, I thought, too.
Cons:I did wish the staff was wearing a mask (it's covid-19 time right now), esp when in the office, and, while cleaning the interior of the vehicle. I had to wipe it all down myself again, as the virus is spread by exhalations. I didn't mind I waited an hour to get going after pick up time, because they are short staffed due to the virus, though.
Cons:The car was not what I was expecting, it had horrible brakes, horrible alignment, and the air conditioning was mediocre. The car wasn’t ready when I got there and I had to wait 45 minutes for the car to be cleaned. It had 1/4 of tank of gas, and the sales clerk did not have any idea of what he was

Pros:Car was waiting out front for me, was ready to go once the customer ahead of me was taken care of. I loved the drop box which saved me time the next morning from having to have some one take me and then return home to get my car.
Cons:The car was great, but the windshield and back window was dirty when I picked up the car. I had to go home and wash them before my trip.
Pros:Hertz Staff courtesy and proficiency. My expectations were exceeded.
Cons:I reserved a car, but they closed early so I couldn't pick it up. The call center said go back the next morning, so I did. The next day they told me that they never had the car available in the first place.
Pros:The car was comfortable and clean.
Cons:The rental car store was closed and the associate that was supposed to open the store showed up over an hour late for work. I had to call corporate and went to another store to get the to contact the closed store where my pick up was located. The associate was rude and told me “there is nothing I can do about it, sometimes people are just late”. The car was on empty when rented to me so I had to fill it completely up before driving it. Then when returning it with a full tank, they charged me a fuel service charge. The costumer care representative I used when filling a disputed was very nice and helpful. The fact that I had to go through the trouble of disputing the charges is unacceptable in the begining though.
Pros:I called Budget directly to make a reservation do they wanted to charge me more than double for the same vehicle just a different pick up location. I'm glad I found this better deal through Kayak/priceline.
Pros:I like the fact that the store manager offered me a free upgrade, although I did not request it and her attitude was a friendly one.
Cons:there was not one available to offer me a ride home after the rental. Enterprise Rental Car, whom I usually use, always have this service available, ALWAYS.
