Extremely helpful at both pick-up and drop-off locations, their servers were down at pick-up but they handled it well and we were even able to find a car that better suited my needs! Was able to drop off at a location closer to me.Cons:

I did wish the staff was wearing a mask (it's covid-19 time right now), esp when in the office, and, while cleaning the interior of the vehicle. I had to wipe it all down myself again, as the virus is spread by exhalations. I didn't mind I waited an hour to get going after pick up time, because they are short staffed due to the virus, though.8,0 Very Good
