Cons: I reserved a car, but they closed early so I couldn't pick it up. The call center said go back the next morning, so I did. The next day they told me that they never had the car available in the first place.
Poor costumer service
Pros: The car was comfortable and clean.
Cons: The rental car store was closed and the associate that was supposed to open the store showed up over an hour late for work. I had to call corporate and went to another store to get the to contact the closed store where my pick up was located. The associate was rude and told me “there is nothing I can do about it, sometimes people are just late”. The car was on empty when rented to me so I had to fill it completely up before driving it. Then when returning it with a full tank, they charged me a fuel service charge. The costumer care representative I used when filling a disputed was very nice and helpful. The fact that I had to go through the trouble of disputing the charges is unacceptable in the begining though.
Way cheaper than reserving directly with company
Pros: I called Budget directly to make a reservation do they wanted to charge me more than double for the same vehicle just a different pick up location. I'm glad I found this better deal through Kayak/priceline.
