Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, with several mentioning proximity to restaurants, shopping, and major roads. However, there were frequent complaints about the limited and unsatisfactory breakfast options, as well as concerns about cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms. Bed comfort was also an issue for some, with reports of uncomfortable or unclean beds. Service at the front desk and in response to guest requests received mixed feedback, with some experiencing delays or unhelpful staff. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and service.
