Pros:The location next to the highway is great
Cons:Hello, and I stayed at the Quality Inn location in Ontario near the conference center this week. I stayed at this location from Sunday night (January 21) through this morning (January 25) for training and the BMW western region training center. I cannot express enough the disgust that I feel for staying here. Trying to check in Sunday night was a chore in itself as my phone number and address were incorrect and the person checking me in did not know what to do or handle the situation. The manager in duty had to assist her as he said this happens all the time. Once we got to the room which was very warm I tried to adjust the temperature and the entire housing on the wall unit came off. This heating and cooling unit did not work the entire time I was here, the front desk did not believe me or even offer a solution. My wife tried to shower Monday and the shower would drain very slowly, she called the front and they sent a maintenance person who told her she was not using the drain properly...it’s a drain it does not take much to make it work. The maintenance persons solution was to hold the drain down as she showered, this is fairly difficult to do and absolutely not the correct procedure. Tuesday again the bathtub was backing up with the stopper out all together. The same maintenance person came up and told my wife she wasn’t doing it correctly again however, he did acknowledge it was backing up so he brought up a shop vacuum to drain the tub. This shower problem was never solved and we stopped taking showers for the remainder of the week (thanks for that) The free WiFi is an absolute joke, I could not use my phone or laptop for any of the work I needed to do in the evenings so I was forced to go to a coffee shop to actually do my work. I don’t understand how so many basic features could go so horrendously wrong and not a single employee at this location actually care. I’m very upset with the lack of leadership from management and the unwillingness to solve problems from the maintenance staff, you have undoubtedly lost a customer forever and as much as I can shall make sure all my co-workers who come down for training steer clear.
