Summary of reviews
Guests say
The majority of guests expressed strong dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, stained sheets, and poorly maintained facilities. Service was also a common concern, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff and issues with guest policies. Safety was another significant issue, as several guests felt unsafe due to the surrounding area and the presence of suspicious individuals. Only a few reviews mentioned positive experiences with staff or room comfort, but these were outweighed by the negative feedback.AI-generated from customer reviews
