Lovely facility and breakfast with very gracious hosts

A bit for from town. A sign for reception when you arrive would be helpful.

Location, views, relative spaciousness of the apartment, countryside feel and proximity to nature, walk to the town.

No breakfast when staying in the apartments, but even that was not a problem since fresh bread and pastry were provided (hanged on the door) by the property staff.

Everything, fresh bread hanging on for knob each morning, pool, the list goes on, wonderful place, Joao was great, highly recommend

LIked the unique style. A Portuguese Casa. Kitchen facilities not extensive, but very adequate. We liked the warmth of our welcome. We liked the parking just outside our Casa. We liked our view of the castle and the location to the town. Very quiet.

The stairs from the bedroom to the bathroom at night are deceptive and deep. Very tricky as the rooms are very dark at night. I couldn't arrange the lighting so that the bathroom was lit, but not keeping us awake. My husband fell during the night missing his footing on the last step.

Great location; 20 minutes walk via a lane to medieval town with great atmosphere. Lovely Casa, great breakfast.
