Guests say
Guest reviews highlight spacious and clean rooms, and affordable rates as positives. However, many guests experienced issues with service, such as poor communication, deposit problems, and unhelpful staff. Cleanliness was generally acceptable but inconsistent. Several guests noted negative experiences with breakfast service and safety concerns in the surrounding area. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and some comfortable rooms, service and safety issues were common.
