This was a great place, clean, comfortable, attractive, quiet, and instead they provide Lyft service so you get picked up when you need to be, not just when the bus is scheduled to leave. Our only problem was there are no USB ports anywhere in the room - not even on the television, and we had only brought one charger plug. We will definitely stay there again when we are flying out of Oakland.

Pros (+) Very close to the airport and Downtown Oakland.
Cons (-) My room smelled musty, no daily house keeping, and I did not receive fresh towels daily.

Pros (+) Very clean, friendly staff, and a comfy bed. What else could a guest ask for?
Cons (-) My neighbors were loud but when I called the front desk, they were very accommodating to my needs.

Pros (+) Good value hotel
Cons (-) WiFi service was very bad. In five days we never could get an stable connection for more than 20 minutes.

Pros (+) The hotel was near OAK, so it was convenient to check in after having been through a long flight. The front desk agent was friendly, and made us feel welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a good stay.
Cons (-) It would have been better if there was a container of hot water or coffee at all times in the lobby area.
