Overall, guests praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful service, convenient location near the airport and train station, and the quality of the on-site restaurant and bar. Many found the rooms comfortable, especially the beds, and appreciated the cleanliness in several cases. However, some guests were disappointed with inconsistent housekeeping, occasional issues with room cleanliness, and extra charges for amenities like the airport shuttle and parking.
