Pros: A perfect place with super friendly staff and a breakfast with lots of Sicilian specialities.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location is right in the center and only 20 meters from the main town historical restaurant area , large shower, Francesca was very helpful and always polite she even helped us carry the suitcases to the room and to the car, fantastic host!
Cons: There was only one chair probably as a result of the room size but it would have been better to have two smaller chairs instead of one large one or folding chairs would also be great if the room size could not accommodate two fixed chairs...... a small point but to imp[rove this would be nice. The balcony isn't really a place where you can sit, its too narrow so I wouldn't really call it a balcony.
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Run by a very nice couple, Salvatore and Maria and their small crew we had one of the best B&B expiriences we ever had. The house and garden are beautiful! Located close to the old center of Noto. Every morning a very good breakfast was prepared and Salvatore came by every day with some nice extra's like granita or home made torrone! Also we got every day a sandwich to go! Above all you get a real 'at home' feeling which we will remember for a long time!

Pros: large room and bathroom, comfortable and quiet, with good wifi. Host was helpful and pleasant and courteous. I was traveling alone and felt at home.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our host was helpful in planning a day trip to nearby villages. He used his translator app so there was no misunderstanding and we had great fun communicating that way. He also provided a map of downtown and parking and restaurant recommendations, which were much appreciated. We liked that the location was away from downtown, very quiet, and with a small balcony overlooking a green hillside.
Cons: There are four rooms in a single hallway and noise does carry a bit from room to room. I suppose it could be a problem but all the guests were quiet while we were there.

Pros: Everything can be summed up in one word: Paolo. An excellent host. He was very kind and provide a lot of useful information for our trip and the best experience possible.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Paulo is the perfect host!

Pros: Very friendly staff. The room is large and has a large bedroom also
Cons: Nothing, the room is 8 minutes driving from Noto center. If you do not mind then the price quality ratio is xcellent. If you are looking for a room in the center of Noto than this is a little bit to far away.

Big gardens, huge and clean pool with lots of room for privacy, relaxing and private jacuzzi area. The rooms were very simple but comfortable and very clean. 5,8 Okay
Pros: The view across the national park from the pool area is very nice. The hotel is on the edge of the park so ideally situated for country walks. The standard of food in the restaurant (evening) is decent.
Cons: The location. You need a car to access local restaurants and bars. The closest area for such is Lido di Noto, which is very small and very closed during the day in September. The first hotel room was very small and noisy with passing guests in the corridor. Upon request we were switched rooms to a larger, quieter room, which was a big improvement. Rooms are quite old fashioned though.
9,6 Excellent
Cons: Room on the small side
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It’s a lovely setting...offering peace & tranquility! Would like to return & stay longer.
Cons: €3 pool towel fee. No where in the world have we ever experienced such a fee to receive a 2nd pool towel, even in 2 star hotels!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic views towards sea and nature reserve. Unspoiled beach only 20 mins walk through fields. Odd Greek theatre on side of path. Breakfast was best in Sicily. Special vote for homemade pastries and tarts.
Cons: The craters on the unpaved road to the hotel. After several storms was also 6ins deep at the bottom. No coincidence that we woke up to a punctured tyre. Owners apologised and they are in process of building new entrance. Not sure how much this will cost us. Luckily was day before our morning flight.
7,5 Good
Pros: We had a fantastic Traditional Sicilian dinner with folk dancing and music. Very good value.
Cons: I think it was expensive for the offering.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect place for families and couples. An old sicilian farm with a very nice view. The team is very professional and they really helped us enjoy our holiday. They propose a lot of activities like wine tasting, bread making, short travels near by. The pool is fine, the beach Noto Azura is just 5 min away by car. The garden is wonderful in the sunset. Noto is 15 min. Marzameme is 20 min. Don t miss it! For a better sicilian experience rent a car to help you move to Modica or Pallazalo Acreide. cakes and the coffee are amazing. You should try the peach pie
Cons: The real food (ham, cheese, etc) was the same the whole 7 days we stayed. We got really bored. I would expected more types of salami, ham and cheese.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location. Great food. Grow own fruit and veg. Fab breakfast. Dinner lovely and local ingredients. Staff v friendly. Bar in the evening
Cons: Enjoyed everything but do need a car to get around easily.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant location, short walk through to the beach and national park, the food (breakfast and dinner) was all fantastic
Cons: Not the properties fault - be careful if arriving at night using sat nav / phone navigation as new road near the property doesn't come up on google maps / waze off the roundabout at Noto (signposted Lido di Noto)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff in the kitchen were amazing and very attentive to our small children's needs.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay here. It's a perfect location for visiting the nature reserve and you can be there in 10 minutes. We had a great welcome and all the the staff we encountered were really friendly. Our room was spacious and beautifully clean. The opportunity to laze by the pool was much appreciated.
Cons: The menu completo at the restaurant isn't great. I think a la carte may well be better. Breakfast was also a bit of a disappointment compared to others we had on our trip.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: A typical boutique hotel, wonderful taste, less profissional staff, but very nice people.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: No tea or coffee or electric kettle was provided in the room.no glasses were provided in the room or the bath room.Last two days we were not provided witht bath towels but we were given bath robes to dry ourselves. House keeping was poor. There was no mini bar or dining area in the room as indicated on booking.com. it took them 24 hours to change a light bulb. This was done after repeated requests. WiFi was very poor and at times was not functioning for several hours. We booked a classic room with balcony. I can't be sure if we got what we booked since the description of the room on booking.com did not match what we got. This room also did not have a separate entrance as indicated. What was passed off as a balcony was a large window opening into the room Front desk was extremely poorly manned.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was very central .
7,1 Good
Pros: The hotel is located in a very strategic position allowing you to reach the most important attractions in few minutes by feet. The building is an ancient one, but room are equipped with all modern comfort. Bathroom is quite spacious to host a large shower (we reserved a superior room).
Cons: The reception doesn’t operated full day, so pay attention to your arrival. The staff, even though was helpful, doesn’t reflect the expected level of professionalism for a 4 stars. The same is for the breakfast, very poor and low quality.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great. Showed us around in his classic car! Great stay
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The property is stylish, comfortable beds and the location is amazing.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: So very central with easy access to Cafe Sicilia just two mins away
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, lovely team who own/run it; beautiful decorated and safe. Also breakfast was great.
Cons: Nothing really, it’s a lovely hotel. The rooms are kind of small but you expect that in these old cities - we also booked a small room though
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Right in the centre of Noto , a brilliant start to our trip through southern Italy and Sicily , I two minute walk to bars and restaurants plus all local sight seeing. He hotel is very clean , well renovated , the staff very friendly and helpful , our waitress at breakfast spent time advising us where to visit whilst practising her English ( and our Italian ). We parked right next to the hotel on street at no cost ( do pick a small car the streets are very tight )
Cons: Access not for the less abled as many steps into hotel and through Noto.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were stunning. The hotel manager collected us from Noto Station as there were no taxis. Very nice staff. Breakfast could have been more comprehensive. Location was ideal. Would recommend.
Cons: I liked the breakfast but it did not compare with those provided in other hotels we stayed in in Sicily. Would be better with a greater selection.
La Perla Di Noto - Noto - Bedroom
8
8,9 Excellent (167 reviews)
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Room is an empty house with 5 bedrooms, sharing a kitchen (coffee made available). David comes and gives you a key and then leaves again . Town map provided and suggestions for restaurants. Very handy for restaurants as centre is only 5 mins's walk and plenty of choices. Parking on square in front of the house (no problem, plenty of space and feeling quite secure) Breakfast in cafe next door (voucher supplied for 1 coffee and 1 croissant)
Cons: A bit noisy in the morning as streets on either side. Tiny shower . Steep flight of steps if heavy bags (there is a room downstairs though) Limited breakfast offering but adequate for the price.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Ok location, 5min walk from the center. Parking in front of the house. Cozy rooms, great bed. Good wifi.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great place, walking distance to city centre, free parking in front of house door. Bathroom small but ok. Would recommend!

3,8 Mediocre
Pros: A great pool, though be warned they only clean it when you demand it be cleaned, otherwise expect to swim with worms and leaves and debris.
Cons: This place might be ok in the high summer, but we were treated as if an I convenience. The sheets and towels were damp and dirty. They provided very little for food and the staff were nonexistent - it was extremely poor value enemy at 1/2 price. One murmured g i left our bed 1/2 stripped in urged that they might iticyfe cjean fresh sheets, but they just used the same dank dirty sheets.,
7,5 Good
Pros: This is a very lovely resort in every respect. Tasteful, comfortable and spacious, the staff are wonderful and this relaxing property is in a very good location for accessing southwest Sicily.
Cons: On arrival this agriturismo makes it clear that they do not run a restaurant although they can offer a simple meal (ie: pasta / salad) providing it is all ordered and delivered before staff go off duty at 7pm. Now anyone familiar with Italy would be aware this is far to early for evening dining although fine for lunch, if you happen to be in the resort at lunch time. Although we ordered beers and wine during our stay we did not order dinner as the timing (and the very limited menu) did not really suit our needs. One evening we brought home some of the beautiful produce available all over Sicily when you are a tourist - some cheese, salumi and bread (not available on the property), so we could have a late snack with wine purchased from the property, after 7pm, whilst watching the sunset. We advised the staff this was our intention and were met with a hostile and agitated response from the manager (?) who was most insistent that under no circumstances could we to consume our own food on the premises. You are kidding me!!!! All the other staff were wonderful. I am unable to name the unpleasant man who spoilt our sunset plans as he failed to provide either his name or his role at the property and we only met him on that one occasion. We make it clear that all the serving staff were terrific during our stay. We assume this man was a day manager or similar.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location , stylish and civilised
Cons: Sat nav found it difficult to find ( better directions helpful). Maybe the road could be improved a little ?
10,0 Excellent
Pros: An Outstanding Place to Stay in the Countryside with a Huge Pool This is one of those rare gems of a place whose own atmosphere and environment defines itself. Located inland about 3km from the sea and about 15 minutes from Marzamemi, this is easily one of the best places and experiences we have stayed at in our 14 visits to Sicily. It is not difficult to find as it is only 5 minutes up the road from a secondary highway, do not get discouraged by the location, as this gorgeous oasis of a spot is so very much worth getting to. Also there is a Roman archaeological site 5 minutes down the road from it. On a working farm located on a small hill overlooking the coast, nestled amongst carob and olive trees near the Vendicari Natural Reserve the grounds are spread out over a couple acres with one main building housing the office and five (or six) rooms, a large seating area for breakfast, another seating area near the main building with huge cushions for lounging in the shade or sun, another seating area with the same large comfy lounge chairs nestled in a beautifully manicured garden and finally a 30metre long rectangular pool, ideal for swimming laps, with two large cabana-like seating beds at one end and numerous comfy and large lounging beds around the pool. STUNNING! They also have pool towels available. You can see the coast from poolside. Also, as if this as not idea enough, the dozen or so wild horses that roam on the little bluff, not more than 50 metres from the pool gives this place a magical feel. The horses are kept away by an electric fence, so it is safe – as the note in the room says just do not approach them without escort from someone that works there. Our room had a large comfy bed with mosquito net, air con and good quality bedding and pillows. The towels unfortunately were the thin type that resemble a tea towel. In their brochure it says they featured Ortigia bath products, but they did not have those – it would be nice if they did return to them.
Cons: Need better towels.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic outside spaces, great location and very welcoming hosts.
Cons: Nothing to dislike
9,2 Excellent
Pros: If you want a quiet escape with no kids around and pretty much exclusive use of a pool with a view of the Sicilian countryside, this is the place for you! It was so lovely that we could not bear to leave to explore the surrounding countryside.
Cons: Only negative was the temperamental AC which the staff did manage to fix temporarily but it played up again the next night. we just opened the windows.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This place is magic: only four rooms in an old farm "Masseria", all very comfortable with complimentary service, canopy beds, A/C. The terrace "Codalupo" has a beautiful landscape and the Balinese furniture adds a super classy touch (highly recommended for sunset). The pool is large and well-kept. The service is outstanding with Gioacchino and Giusy (and all the others) very helpful and always ready to take care of every needs one may have. Final words for the food: homemade cakes for breakfast, lunch with vegetables, eggs and many other products from the farm. Low-Medium season recommended to really enjoy its beautfiul surroundings such as Marzamemi, Noto, Pachino.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Just one word, "Paradise)
Cons: My stay was too short
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location is beautiful and the staff are kind and friendly; although most speak only a little English they do their best to make your stay memorable. Delicious pasta dishes, especially the pasta nonna.
Cons: Our bathroom was a bit smelly. Food service finishes early (7:30pm), so for a later dinner you have to drive to local towns/villages.

Pros: Nice room with balcony overlooking a quiet street in a residential area. Reasonably easy to walk in to the centre of town. The room was comfortable and had a fridge which was a bonus. The young lady who runs it was very pleasant.
Cons: The streets leading to the town were typical of Southern Italy, no pavements and lots of litter. This was not the fault of the hotel, just a fact of life here.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful warm and welcoming owners, a beautiful view from the beautiful grounds, a lovely and refreshing swimming pool, and a yummy breakfast with homemade breads, yogurt and jams. And there is a pizzeria restaurant about 100m up the road which we walked to for a tasty dinner.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very warm welcome with very helpful owners. They offered lots of helpful hints of things to see and do. Room was clean and the outside furniture was comfortable. It was unfortunate that the weather was very wet so we couldn't take full advantage of the pool.
Cons: It would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room so that we could have made tea or coffee. As the weather was so wet we were confined to our room in the evening so a hot drink without disturbing the owners.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The croissants were very flaky! Plenty of help with local information.English spoken fluently. Home made products for breakfast. Good WiFi.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location and grounds. Very nice swimming pool and surrounding area. The new hotel owners were very friendly and helpful. Secure on-site parking.
2,8 Mediocre
Pros: The family owners, who have just taken over, are very pleasant. They recommended and booked a very good pizzeria for us which was close to the hotel. The pool looks nice and is very clean.
Cons: The accommodation was terrible - the worst we have stayed in in over 20 years of travelling around Europe. We had a family accommodation - in a cramped, corner outbuilding - not in the main building. Neither it nor the accommodation beside us had the 'panoramic views' described in the adverts. The rooms were very small, dated, depressing and uncomfortable.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Our family enjoyed our stay. The view, atmosphere, and people were wonderful. We found a restaurant up the hill from our villa which was amazing. You must be able to speak Italian.
Cons: Everything was just great!!!
4,8 Okay
Pros: the pool and outside seating area
Cons: poor breakfast- no fruit, yoghurt, limited selection of bread and pastriesand too much pre-packed. Staff slow to replenish the buffet inadequate air conditioning and poor telephone service.. location is difficult to get to and a long way from local amenities.
6,8 Good
Pros: Friendly service. Good Pool
Cons: Local Guard Dogs barking at Night

Pros: The entire complex was lovely and very comfortable.
Cons: The rain.

Pros: Great base for touring South East Sicily and Noto is a beautiful town with lots of good restaurants Staff were friendly and helpful Large room with whirlpool bath. Lovely pool area. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Air conditioning was really good
Cons: To access the pool you have to come out of the main entrance and then walk round the back of the hotel. There must be a route through the hotel. Lack of information ìn the room and no instructions if there is a fire.
7,5 Good
Pros: Great position, only a 15 min walk into centre of town. Comfortable room with nice bathroom. Cleaned everyday very well. Breakfast was ok. Swimming pool clean and always sun loungers available. Good Wifi.
Cons: 1. Not really a nice bar on premises 2. Beds for children (13 and 15) were not very steady and firm.
7,1 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and big. Good location to visit Noto and the cities around Noto. Parking free of charge.
Cons: To reach the swimming pool you have to walk a lot of stairs. To reach the breakfast room we had to take two different elevators and walk. In one bedroom there were ants due to the cleaning not being sufficient.

Pros: Clean and spacious rooms, nice staff and lovely pool
Cons: The room service was very patchy (only when kitchens opened), breakfast was limited in options, the bar was frequently closed, the pool bar was never open. Pros: Lovely old ruin that has been beautifully done up
Cons: Was lovely all around it amazing grounds and beautiful
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place. Very clean. Great Breakfast Very close to San Lorenzo Beach
Cons: Check out at 10AM is too soon.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, only a 3 min drive to the beautiful San Lorenzo beach and a 10 min drive to picturesque Marzamemi. It was a great base to explore the region with most sights being within a 30 min drive. Free parking was handy too. The staff were always so welcoming and friendly and I loved that you could tell it was a family business. It is an incredibly romantic place and you can see why it is used for special celebrations and weddings. They also had the most delicious wine selections from local vineyards. The entire building is beautiful and lovely to stroll around. It has an impressive driveway up to it that makes you feel you are arriving to a grand home from another era. The pool looked beautiful but we never used it what with the stunning beach so close by. The breakfast selection was fantastic and dinner was very special too. I liked that the owner and chef came out to chat to each table and see if we were enjoying it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
Cons: The ONLY negative was the bed. While spotlessly clean, it was as hard as a rock. And while I do like a firm bed, this was excessive and we both had aching backs from it after 3 nights.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location excellent
Cons: Wifi in the room was poor
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property and lovely restaurant
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very pretty Villa. Great location to visit Marzamemi, Noto etc and San Lorenzo beach is literally a stone throw away. Nice breakfast and we had dinner one evening too at the Villa, which was very nice too! You can easily spend a whole day at the Villa and explore it's history and quirkiness... It has it's own amphitheater...! Very helpful staff and kind owners.
7,9 Good
Pros: Lovely park, friendly staff, great breakfast
Cons: Room was a noisy has soon you are walking Bathtub and not a proper Italian shower
6,7 Good
Pros: The garden and pool are very nice.
Cons: -Room. We got different room, not the same as it was in our confirmation. Everything in that room was old and not cosy. We asked reception to change the room but we got answer that they can not do anything because they are fully booked and that at the picture in our conformation "different type of room". That was obvious for us.... The complex are in extending process. Every morning at 7.00 the workers parked their cars next to our window and started to work... -Dinner. We have read some positive feedbacks at the site... but unfortunately we did not like our dinner at this hotel and had to travel to Noto for dinner next several evenings during our stay. It is not our first visit to Sicily and not only the one place we have stayed, we are able to be realistic in our expectations.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfasts were excellent!
Cons: The new hot water system needs to be tweaked.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff are really friendly, made us feel at home and gave helpful tips about where to go and what to do. It really felt like an authentic Sicilian experience The Sicilian dinners we chose to have some evenings was very tasty and mostly organic! Unusual for Italian pensions/hotels, we were able to have cooked/scrambled eggs every day as part of our breakfast - The pool is a great perk and it is kept clean properly too. Great location near Noto to explore the surrounding area.
Cons: The bed is hard but that is a very common thing in Italy, so just something to put up with!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location, being very close to Noto, was very good. The atmosphere was very friendly, with both Vincenzo and Giacomo being extremely helpful but not intrusive. We were made to feel very welcome, especially since we were travelling with a dog. Etna the resident dog was also friendly with our Buddy!
Cons: The facilities are a bit outdated and the kitchen was lacking some basic items. But otherwise great.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The place is quite peaceful, ideal for relaxing vacations. We specially enjoyed the family like environment, feeling extremely welcomed. The same care was noticeable at dinner time, with farm's products deliciously cooked, leaving us tasty memories of authentic Sicilian food. The hammocks under the olive trees could be addictive!
Cons: Wifi service must definitely be replaced so you could get good working network everywhere and not just on the main house. Most of the time there was no signal in the bedroom. The small dirt path to the house could be in better shape, there are too many potholes.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The host was brilliant. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Felt like one of the family. It was a nice place to stay with children. Quite with a playground, swimming pool and games. The cottage was basic but had everything you would need.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a magical place near Noto, a beautiful baroque city and only 50 k from Syracuse. There are fruit trees and a shady pool to sit by in the afternoon. This place is a delight! We had a delicious dinner here one evening too.
Cons: The WiFi wasn’t always 100%, don’t let this put you off though! It was absolutely charming!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The donky was really cute The guy in charge seemed to be very social and wanted to tell a lot, but because he didn't speek so much english he didn't get everything said
Cons: The breakfast consisted of only sweet stuff (which were good!) but if you are more into the salty stuff, it's not for you.

Pros: Really beautiful garden and terrace with a small pool which is totally sufficient since the hotel is located right next to the beach. The hotel includes a nice restaurant where you should eat at least once during your stay. Also appreciated that you could order drinks in the garden. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Cons: We had a room on the ground floor which meant that we didn't get much daylight.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Near the beach. Good breakfast. Good restaurant. Clean room.
Cons: Early check-out.
7,5 Good
Pros: The garden was nice, the small room for breakfast was ok

5,4 Okay
Cons: A bit basic. Bed not so comfy, no hot water for 2 days, staff not very welcoming. Not enough services to be rated 4 stars.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location fabulous, as was the swimming pool.
Cons: Breakfast was OK, but not great.
7,9 Good
Cons: Great location, however do not go there if you want a hot shower or a room with functioning air conditioning. Out of the 3 rooms we occupied, none had hot water. Over 36 hours and 4 phone calls/face to face conversations with the staff we still did not get our air conditioning fixed. In 30+ degree summer heat this is unacceptable.
6,3 Good
Pros: we booked this property for 1 night and had to leave early morning, we were promised that we will be served with tea and coffee, but this was a joke. also near the pool full of bee's and no towels.
Cons: pool area.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The little garden behind the room was nice The shower is huge The place is really relaxing and calm
Cons: When we arrival there were two dogs that were walking, following us and sniffed us for all the pathway from the reception until the entry into the room; to my question if the dogs would be leaved free always, the response of the staff was : yes the dogs are from the stucture. In the shower were present some hairs that weren’t ourselves. The property is not really modern as resort.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location 20 minutes from beautiful Noto. Quiet surrounding with nice views all around! Nice staff with good information! Good choice at breakfast and a perfect local a la carte menu at night!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It is such a tranquil place set with beautiful views and with a lovely swimming pool. Staff members were helpful. There is parking on site and the hotel sends directions via email to ensure that the gps doesn't take you through a less desirable route. Breakfast was remarkable.
Cons: The lunch and dinner menu was a little restricted with not much choice and the spa was a bit expensive.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helpful and super friendly!
Cons: The road to the top building of rooms is too narrow in places for two cars to pass. It can be treacherous.
6,7 Good
Pros: De rust en mooie ligging
Cons: No-sugarfree products ar breakfast (marmelades, yoghurt) - Only Italian TV
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We got very lucky. The place is next to a radio telescope and the staff there invited all guest for a night tour of the facilities and to look at the planets.
Cons: The pool is next to a nice green area which is great but it also means more dead flies and wasps in the water. They should clean it more often.

Pros: Comfortable room and very nice breakfast, about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the town centre! very nice host, who gave us a discount for one of the restaurants which was great too! ended up staying and extra night :)
Cons: They don't give the keys for the main reception door, so if you come in late you have to ring the bell and It is quite noisy in the room if someone rings it! Also parking is not great!

Pros: Location was good. The staff very friendly.
Cons: The shower was messy. Water leaked from everywhere. Had to wipe the water from the floor with the carpet. Water leaked inside the bwdroom and throughout the bathroom floor. The faucet was faulty and leaked water from everywhere as well. And when you open the water tap it splashes on you making further mess. Bedspread was thorn.

3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The restaurant is very good food I would raccomand but the hotel it’s very poor the put me separate building which is 3kilom ways from the hotel and 4 from city centre
Cons: Clean rooms very good organised
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: I was happy to loss my €280, to leave.
Cons: Because of an third party app, the room we wanted, wasnt the room we got. The room we ended up with was worse than an hostel. NOTHING was clean, from the shower to the bed duvet ( there weren't any covers on the bed ). Shower was covered in rust, and the duvet had what looked like dog hair on it, and covered in brown and purple Mark's. The power in the room want off, in the 30 minutes we stayed there. This is not a €140 per night room. More like a €14 room. This was the worst experience I've ever had with booking.com
6,3 Good
Cons: I was initially offered a room in a back yard of a restaurant 3.1km away from the hotel. The room was like a converted garden shed up a side entrance to the restaurant. The back yard contained overflowing rubbish bins. There was a sewerage smell at the front of the restaurant that was beside the rocky coast.. no beach as the photos. There was no secure parking either. After refusing to stay there i got a 4 bedroom hotel in the main building after a lot of arguing and at an additional cost . There was no secure private parking at the main hotel either
4,6 Okay
Pros: It was clean
Cons: Poorly maintained, staff not helpful and not friendly Room was a couple of miles away from main facilities with no amenities
