This is a fine B&B in the suburbs of Norwich and I travelled for a concert nearby. Kate, the landlady, extends a warm, friendly welcome and the house is nice, quiet and relaxed. Even though I was leaving before breakfast time, she still made provisions for me to take cereal and other food before I left which was much appreciated. Parking was easy and even though it's a driveway there was plenty of room. The room itself was great - comfortable with a nice bed, and a spacious shower in the ensuite. Wi-fi was useful, and I had a view out over greenery and local gardens as well. Overall, I had a great stay, thoroughly recommend this B&B.
Nice and clean place
Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about
Clean and comfortable. Good communication from hosts. Warm welcome and attentive host. Great location for visiting my son at UEA
Rob and Kate were very welcoming. Lovely a smell of fresh bread when we arrived in the evening, and nice to eat at breakfast. Fridge and microwave available for use in the breakfast room. Will use again when visiting Norwich.
Great and attentive hosts. Nicely presented continental breakfast though something warm would have been appreciated. Coffee was excellent. Local pub, the Red Lion, provided us with a very tasty evening meal.
Room was a little cramped - it had a double and a single bed which was rather one bed too many for the available space. The shower wasn't very powerful and and the hot tap in the sink took a while to get to temperature. That said the room was clean and tidy and met our needs for a short stay.
