This property is not maintained well. The room we were in did not even have nightstands. Bed was not very comfortable. Overall extremely mediocre.

Pros (+) great location
Cons (-) rooms are dated, particularly when compared to others in the area
Pros (+) Not much to say here but I did like the courtesy of the person in the breakfast lounge. She was very nice and trying to do her best to assist everyone while it was busy and crowded.

Pros (+) The bed was not very comfortable at all.
Cons (-) Free breakfast
Pros (+) Ask for a harbor-side room when you book (not when you're standing at the front desk checking-in). Staff is fantastic - friendly, professional, helpful, welcoming. Our room was a good size, comfortable bed, great view. Very clean all around. Nice breakfast and lunch in the hotel restaurant. Parking is next door but easily walkable; parking is paid.
Cons (-) Having to pay for parking.
Pros (+) Location, appearance excellent food
Cons (-) TV was sketchy, had to checkin because of limited parking
Pros (+) Everything!!
