Pros (+) Beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) Lots of, surprise hidden fees! $30 to park. $85 refundable fee after you don’t damage the room. Forced to sign a waiver to say that I promise NOT to smoke in the hotel or room. Yet, Housekeepers smoking on their break in the garage outside the basement door. That explains why my pillow smelled like smoke when I put my head on it . Smokers don’t seem to realize they stink up EVERY THING they touch....

Pros (+) We had a skyline view (Canada's), which was great. We couldn't see the falls, but it was perfect for the fireworks. The Canadian skyline is all lit up as well.
Cons (-) Booked a king room, for 3 adults that the Wyndham Web site said max occupancy was 3. When we got there, the 3rd was expected to be a child, even though we specified it was 3 adults. Luckily my daughter sleeps on the floor a lot anyway. To the hotels credit, they did offer to put us in a queen double, we turned down. Pros (+) I used to work at a hotel so i know how hard it is working the front desk but everyone working was great ... crystal especially made our stay great ... just wish something could be done about idiot people being loud and annoying when people are trying to sleep ! Cleaning staff was also great and friendly !
Cons (-) Paper thin walls and rude guests but thats just part of life right?

Pros (+) EXCELLENT HOTEL, CLEAN ROOMS, FRIENDLY STAFF, FREE PARKING AND WIFI, NICE VIEW, THE NEAREST HOTEL TO THE NIAGARA FALLS VIEW, WE WILL GO BACK FOR SURE.
