Walls were paper thin. Every day of a 3 night trip we were woken up from some noise.(arguing, party, sex, sneezing, baby crying..)

Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to local attractions and ease of access. Several reviews mentioned spacious and comfortable rooms, and some guests appreciated the helpfulness of certain staff members. However, there were recurring concerns about cleanliness, value for price, and inconsistent service. Some guests noted issues with room maintenance, outdated decor, and unpleasant odors. While positives included the location and some aspects of room comfort, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service consistency, and value.AI-generated from customer reviews

I was surprised how run down the hotel was specially for the price we got
Pros (+) Breakfast has very few options. The bed was the worst with a huge dip in the middle of the mattress and the mgmt was not able to change the mattress nor change the room. Very sad.
Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) I made a reservation using the hotel website using my credit card. The card was and still is working perfectly, but as I arrived at the hotel to check in they told me it was declined. They denied money too than changed their minds just before we left! Its ridiculous! Not a Sheraton standard.
Pros (+) They have arcade for the kids and my kids liked it. The hotel is too crowded. I had to wait 10 minuted in line for check in.
Pros (+) Clean Friendly staff
Cons (-) They didn't have the king room I booked and offered meal coupons to supplement value, in order to use you had to charge to room, not useful when I'm using strictly cash.
