Pros (+) They sent me confirmation email when I got there in the hotel my booking was not on the system. They put me on hold for more than 1hr on the phone. I wanted to cancel since I wasted so much time waiting. I got frustrated! The ladies who I spoke to did not do anything, she hung up on me. Is that how you communicate to your customers? They are very rude to talk to.

Pros (+) Location is ideal to walk to attraction.

Pros (+) Room was clean, staff was very courteous. While old, the room and facilities were in good repair. We got a great deal through Kayak for our night's stay. The hotel is well-situated with lots to do in the area. Parking was reasonable.
Cons (-) It's older and due for a re-model... very much the colors, textures and finishings of 1989 (with a newer LED TV, thankfully :). Also, there was construction around on Ferry Road.

Pros (+) The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Loved the outdoor mini pool! Great place to stay if you don't want to use the amenities and need somewhere close to the falls.
Cons (-) There was a bit of mold on the tiles in the shower. There were a lot of kids who were using the pools and jacuzzi unsupervised. The pools and jacuzzi were filthy and we were unable to go in and enjoy it. There was a sludge in the jacuzzi because the kids at the hotel were running around outside then jumping in. It was full of grass and dirt. The pool water was merky and the chlorine wasn't helping...
