Pros (+) Caroline at the front desk was amazing! She tried to find us a cleaner, more comfortable room. When that wasn't possible she brought us a fan and was very apologetic for the lack of cleanliness of our room. She even offered to clean it herself!
Cons (-) The room was outdated and dirty. There clearly had been some maintenance completed recently as there was drywall dust and white putty everywhere. Something must have been removed due to the large square of carpet that was discolored and frayed. The bathroom was dirty and we tried to touch nothing. The only reason we stayed instead of cutting our losses and going to another hotel was that it was la...
