Pros (+) Location of the hotel is excellent. Only 3-4 miles from Niagara Falls. The room was spacious and had all the amenities expected. The check in was really smooth and there was 24 hrs free coffee / tea in the lobby
Cons (-) The AC was broken which we realized bit late and then the hotel staff refused to change our room. They offered us to check out at 1 am in the night and take our refund for the room. There was a dank smell in the room which comes from stagnant water and that was really uncomfortable. We even opened the windows and then also the smell persisted.
