Did not eat breakfast. Wedding party took over restaurant Friday night. Heat in room did not work very well. Room was clean. Tour bus people type hotel. Does not take advantage of location. Excellent young man at the desk at check in. Helpful printing out our airline Tickets. Gave us upgrade.
No dinner option with restaurant reserved for wedding. Lobby looked like Motel 6.
The room had a nice view of the Harbor, there are many seated areas outside to enjoy view the boats and the harbor.
The breakfast was expensive for what you get, it also focused on buffet style. I perfer a more traditional choice for breakfast.
The location was ideal. We walked to most of what we wanted to do. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable. We were greeted with Sangria- a lovely touch!
I think the breakfast was outrageously expensive and of average quality. I thought that the amenities charge of $35 per day was also very pricey. However, in all fairness, I booked through a travel site and in the end that charge had been already calculated into what we paid.
The staff was excellent as well as the location.
For the money we paid, the room and the bathroom was very disappointing. The hotel needs to be updated. Our next visit will be staying somewhere else.
Location was fantastic! Room was very nice.
Toilet was clogged so could not be flushed; we asked for and got a reduction on our total bill for this reason.
