Pros (+) Location, location, location. In the heart of downtown, waterfront Newport, RI.
Cons (-) The facility is worn & torn, feeling it's age, needs attention. It actually is a timeshare resort that sells vacant rooms, as available. They are in a big push to find new "members" (new blood) to “share” the obvious need for maintenance-fee dollars, but seems little evidence that the “parent” owners of the facility are putting the money back into the property.
