Breakfast options were fist class. Overall the hotel provided a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Location very good for access along the quayside and only a short walk over the Tyne to the Baltic Flour Mill. Quaylink bus was regular and provided efficient service right into the centre of Newcastle.
Nothing - hotel met all our needs.
Staff were great- friendly and attentive. Room was comfortable and quiet. Great location for town centre.
Phones didn't work in room.
An amazing stay here definitely recommended this Hotel staff are amazing Dale in restaurant was fantastic last night !! Fantastic Food Breakfast was amazing.
You could not find any fault with his place Amazing
It was a little too hot in the room all the time & too dark!
£92 for breakfast which I believed was included, both the hotel and get a room blamed each other and left the customer in the dark. We avoided breakfast in the hotel and the hotel still tried to charge for it Suite had a standard double bed rather than a king or queen Hotel Bar tries to move guests around in Bar once settled at a table claiming tables not marked as reserved were reserved Generally a bad experience
