Pros (+) It's location was good for us as we were going to the sage.we got the room we paid for as I always seem to get different,nice river view ,comfortable bed and tea station well stocked.we got parked fine which I was pleased about.staff were helpful and pleasant..
Cons (-) Overall it was good value.a bit dark in decor but was as advertised maybe needs a splash of colour to lift it and brighten it up.a bit thin on staff in breakfast area so they were pushed to get tables cleared and wiped down.window inside and out needed a good clean.we parked ok but maybe when really busy this could be a problem.
