Pros (+) Proximity to subway stop. Residential and close to Central Park.

Pros (+) I just finished my stay here.I think I did pretty good, picking this,place,, ,not knowing about location,and transit,all the other questions you wonder about, because you just dont know until you get there...So with that said, This place is for someone on a budget that is not looking for all the bells and whistles. Cons (-) The downside, beds are little uncomfortable-but thats to be expectated anywhere. The room is tight,but that is also the norm for places in Nyc.Food Options close to doorstep are limited.You will have to walk a to end of block for whats available-corner store ,subway,dunkin donuts.for everyone by a subway entrance/exit.Or plan to get bite to eat on your way on bus or subway.
