A daily swiffer of common areas wouldn't kill
Loved the location. The staff was friendly.
Dirty common areas. Shared bathroom for entire floor. Bath towels provided were a joke.
It's was yuck
Only the necessities.
I love the theme behind this hotel: you're not there for the hotel, you are there for New York. The tiny rooms encourage you to be out all night and to enjoy the city for what it is, the city the never sleeps. This is not a hotel geared towards families, but it is projected towards young individuals who want to enjoy the night life and fast paced action of New York City. The employees know and encourage this behavior (they even hold onto your bags during the day after you check out for the day).
There are shared bathrooms. This was not an inconvenience to me, but it might be for others who were not in the college scene or who want privacy.
Location, Location, Location
Close to everything you want
Noisy front desk radio
Very few bathrooms amd showers Room was smaller than page depicted
The location is good. The hotel is near many landmarks (Times Square, Empire State Building and Rockefeller Center), subway station and Megabus stop. There are also many good restaurants in the vicinity of this hotel.
The facilities of this hotel is very shabby, and the staying is uncomfortable, unless you like to experience verious noises, especially at night.
Nothing this place was a complete dump and falsely advertised. I laughed out loud apon seeing my room for the first time. I was in town for work and couldn't tell anyone where I was staying because I was embarrassed .
