Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many reviews mentioning well-maintained and modern rooms. Service was generally friendly and welcoming, with staff often going out of their way to assist guests. However, several guests found the rooms to be small and felt the value for price was lacking, especially given the high rates. Despite some noise and minor service delays, the overall experience was positive for most visitors.

Pros (+) The location is excellent. Very easy to tour around NY from the hotel, and find some eats. We had a Skyline-view room whose size was perfect for us (a couple). The shower has a semi-transparent glass that looks into the room, I believe there are some blinds to cover it up if you need some privacy but this wasn't an issue for us. There's a nice lounging sofa next to the skyline-view window. The int...
Cons (-) The price is still a bit high per night. I guess this is to be expected given the location. For some reason, staff came to check on our room a few times to see if we needed anything (towels, etc.) not at my request. The first time was fine, but we already said we didn't need anything, so the subsequent times they came to my room was a bit annoying. While I appreciate the care, we also wanted to re...
