Me and my fiancé booked a room with moxy and when we booked we had seen the pictures of the room and booked it. At least the pictures showed that we would have enough space to move around in the room with our luggage present. When we checked in the room was a matchbox room, it was so small that one of us had to stand in the bathroom, so the other can open the luggage. The room had a bed which was between two walls end to end and at one end we had a tv. So basically it was a capsule bedroom and this was not mentioned when we booked it. In all this was a disappointment and I would never go there again or recommend it to anyone.
Great location and staff. Only downside was how tiny the rooms are. Makes sense for Manhattan though

Pros. Room was comfortable, very efficient for the space and quiet. NYC can be loud due to traffic and people, but I was not disturbed! They also welcomed me with a personal, hand-written note in the room.

Pros. Really enjoyed my stay here. Amazing from start to ending. Great friendly and helpful staff. Customer service excellent!! The beds are super cozy, rooms are small yet still beautifully modeled. Would definitely recommend staying here again my next visit. Great location in the heart of timeshare. Amazing!!
