Great spot to get anywhere in the City. Subway entrance across the across the street. Bryant Park was nice to have around the corner. The NY Public Library also connected. Walking distance to Madison Square Garden, Times Square, Penn Station. So conveniently located!

The service and breakfast buffet were good. The hotel needs a refresh; paint, elevators upgrade, room upgrades, etc. It's about an 8 minute walk from Times Square. It's actually closer to Macy's Herald Square than Times Square. The housekeeping staff was good. However, you have to ask for room service and insist on it as they'll still blame COVID era changes and deny service daily.

First room was not clean (odor in refrigerator), hole in wall, door jamb crooked so had to really pull and push room door, zero lamps in room so it was very dim and drab. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The room was properly cleaned and had a great look. They had an abundance of breakfast items available for the guests. Extremely happy with the stay.
