Cons (-) I called them the night before because I missed my plane. They ended up charging me twice for a night I never even stay there and twice for the next night and so they ended up overcharging me $176. I was on my way to the airport when I asked the front desks gentleman what the extra charges were about and he got testy with me and wouldn't tell me what they were and was very rude. Pros (+) The hotel was cheap for it's location, and the staff was friendly. Additionally, the room and hotel itself were both clean.
Cons (-) The room was overwhelmingly hot, which made it difficult to sleep well throughout the night, and I couldn't figure out a way to control the temperature myself, or even open the window.

Pros (+) The hotel is right next to Penn Station affordable when you're in the city for a fair amount of time. The staff was really friendly.
Cons (-) The room (and bathroom) is tiny! For two adults it can get cumbersome. It would have been nice for the toilet to have a lid since there really are no surfaces to put your things on.
