Cons (-) I called them the night before because I missed my plane. They ended up charging me twice for a night I never even stay there and twice for the next night and so they ended up overcharging me $176. I was on my way to the airport when I asked the front desks gentleman what the extra charges were about and he got testy with me and wouldn't tell me what they were and was very rude. Pros (+) The hotel was cheap for it's location, and the staff was friendly. Additionally, the room and hotel itself were both clean.
Cons (-) The room was overwhelmingly hot, which made it difficult to sleep well throughout the night, and I couldn't figure out a way to control the temperature myself, or even open the window.

Pros (+) The hotel is right next to Penn Station affordable when you're in the city for a fair amount of time. The staff was really friendly.
Cons (-) The room (and bathroom) is tiny! For two adults it can get cumbersome. It would have been nice for the toilet to have a lid since there really are no surfaces to put your things on.

Cons (-) Not a problem for me, but be aware no ironing board, desk area. Very small bathroom with little surface area to set stuff (would not be appropriate for my partner who has many things to set out on counters on the bathroom when getting ready for work). Cons (-) I ended up with a tiny room and twin size bed. not what I had planned when I booked. not to mention the bathroom and shower were also tiny!
