The hotel was very good! The people that work there was very nice . It’s a very clean hotel, I started 4 days and my room was done every day. We didn’t feel noise, even though we were in a room that faced to the street.the breakfast was good. The hotel is located near to all interesting places , we walked every where . I highly recommend this hotel!

Cons (-) If you look on your site regarding this hotel you claim free breakfast. when you get there and there is no breakfast available free or otherwise. And the ceiling in the bathroom was broken down because the hot tub leaked the day before.

Pros (+) All holiday inn are the same and keep to the standard. Great place to stay and great value
Cons (-) Nothing to do with the hotel,but that week was a bomb on 23rd Street. Kind of scary but the NYPD done everything to secure the area. At one time 29th Street was blocked but they made sure that I made my flight home.

Cons (-) Lack of breakfast variety. - always sausage and eggs At night, regulat coffee is very bland and they put less coffee. Very low quality of coffee at night
