Pros:Rooms were clean
Cons:If you look on your site regarding this hotel you claim free breakfast. when you get there and there is no breakfast available free or otherwise. And the ceiling in the bathroom was broken down because the hot tub leaked the day before.

Pros:All holiday inn are the same and keep to the standard. Great place to stay and great value
Cons:Nothing to do with the hotel,but that week was a bomb on 23rd Street. Kind of scary but the NYPD done everything to secure the area. At one time 29th Street was blocked but they made sure that I made my flight home.
Pros:Breakfast inclusive Rooms were pretty clean and better looking than other nyc hotels.
Cons:Lack of breakfast variety. - always sausage and eggs At night, regulat coffee is very bland and they put less coffee. Very low quality of coffee at night
Cons:One of the staff tried to enter my room in the middle of the night. Said they mistook my room for housekeeping?! By myself so it was very scary
Pros:Outdoor seating for breakfast and relaxation. Great baggage storage after you check out while you see the City and no charge!

Pros:Rooms were big for the price point and location, very comfortable and accommodating! Will definitely stay there again when going down for any event at the Garden - not even a 2 minute walk! :)
Pros:Everything was clean, orderly. had a tv remote that went out... maintenance was dispatched in minutes, and immediately fixed the problem. also, enjoyed the fact that there was no night-time construction going on!
Pros:Location, decent sized room, clean
Cons:There were pipes banging in the walls (or else construction elsewhere in the hotel) all night which kept us awake until 2:30am when we gave up and called and asked to switch rooms. To their credit, they moved us immediately and the new room was quieter.
