Clean, comfortable, great location and very helpful, friendly staff
It was clean and staff was friendly
The property held 150 twice eve though it was suppose to be one 150 charge
Very nice & clean hotel, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, the location was perfect for us. Madison Square Garden, Macy’s etc were walking distance. The stuff was really friendly. I will definitely cane back to this hotel next time I go to NY.
This was a very convenient property in central Chelsea. The property is small and the rooms seem expensive relative to the square footage. There was no room to leave a suit case open on the floor. Other quests were nosy and could be heard nightly in the hallway getting off the elevator. They were load and inconsiderate that other guests were in their rooms. Hotel staff were very helpful and nice. Libby could use some freshening up.
Proximity to all theaters in NYC.
The location was very good.
The room was tiny and dark (on the 4th floor). It wasn't a comfortable stay, certainly not what I would have expected from Hilton (stayed at Hilton hotels before including double tree and garden inns). A week later we stayed two more nights there in between our travels to Philadelphia and Boston. That room was on the 11th floor and wasn't as dark.
