The hotel did not have a comforter for our bed, both nights.

The computer system was down when we checked in. That sucked. The singular person on staff tried hard to resolve it for us, but it still took time, and it was the middle of the night, and we were tired.

It was an amazing value, given the tremendous location! The room was on the smaller side, but very clean and tidy. The staff was beyond friendly, including the staff at the hotel bar. Would stay again any time I return to New York.

Cons (-) Check-in took forever. One person was working the front desk (with a manager inexplicably sitting in the back) and there was a line of travelers waiting to check-in. I was not greeted until 15 minutes after I arrived.

Pros (+) Always a great place to stay, close to subway, Macy's, Penn Station. We have stayed here 3 times.
Cons (-) Always allow PLENTY of time to get down stairs or up as it takes forever for the 2 elevators to get people up or down.
